Peeler for Outer Coating and Insulation 15-55 mm
Easy and safe cutting and removal of outer coating and insulation. Just one tool, but with two functions. This tool cuts outer jackets with a diameter of 15 to 55 mm (an additional plastic insert GB-M20-S9 is required for diameters less than 22 mm) and XLPE insulation with a thickness of up to 8–10 mm. Automatic feeding (step “1” and “2”) and position “O” for radial cutting ensure fast, safe, and precise cutting of the cable jacket and insulation. To protect the prepared insulation screen and for cable diameters less than Ø 25 mm, the plastic insert GB-M20-S9 should be used. Due to the placement and design of the cutting blade, the shield will be lifted at the cutting point, eliminating the risk of damaging components beneath the shield. A cutting depth of about 80% will be sufficient. More details can be found in the tool's user manual.
